These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the brcwebhelper.com website and any services provided by BRC Web Helper ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

BRC Web Helper provides Gen AI and automation solutions (including chatbots, voice agents, and workflow automation), custom CRM development, full-stack web and mobile development, data science and machine learning services, and academic support (capstone project mentoring, research paper help, and ML tutoring). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract before work begins.

Quotes and payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due per the milestones agreed in the proposal. Late payments may pause active work until settled.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, access, and content required to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, data, or branding you provide us to use.
• Use delivered chatbots, voice agents, automations, and software in compliance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom-built deliverables (source code created specifically for your project) transfers to you upon full payment. Our underlying frameworks, in-house products (including Raha, WhatsIt, and our CRM/LMS platforms), and reusable components remain the property of BRC Web Helper and are licensed to you for use as part of the delivered solution.

Academic support disclaimer

Capstone project mentoring, research paper assistance, and ML tutoring are intended as educational guidance and technical support. Students remain responsible for understanding, presenting, and appropriately citing their work in line with their institution's academic integrity policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRC Web Helper's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as specified in the project proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction over any dispute.
